Easy Recurring Revenue Model That Every Online Marketer Can Master

Sometimes I think us Online Marketers don’t give ourselves enough credit…Think about it for a second, think about all the different skills you have acquired since you first ventured online.

I’m sure most reading this post would have good knowledge of :

• Building a WP Website
• Doing Basic SEO
• Installing and Managing WP Plugins & Themes
• Using an Auto-Responder
• Receiving Payments Online

And that’s jus scratching the surface, think about all the different skills that you have, all the stuff you’ve learned how to do over the past few months and years – do you think those skills have a Value?

Of course they have a value and these skills that you already have can be the basis for building your Recurring Revenue Model.

How Can You Do This?

Simple. Pick one skill you already have and sell it as a service to Offline Businesses. They key word here is “service” because as you will be providing an ongoing service you can charge and ongoing fee – and there you have it, your Recurring Revenue Model.

In my story and probably for most marketers you have worked as Offline Consultants I focused on generating leads for businesses.

This can be done by having a very simple WP Website that you rank for a Local Keyword e.g. Dentist, Dublin

Then when you have your site ranked you open up Google and search for “Dentists + City” and find all the ones that are one Page 2 onwards in the search results.

As you can see they already have a website so they know the value of having one and you approach these businesses and lease your High Ranking Lead Gen Site for a monthly fee.

In it’s simplest form that’s all there is to it. The more websites you lease the more money you make each month.

But back in my day when I was really doing a lot of this I spent all my time building and ranking websites for every different blue-collar niche I could think of. Sure I was making good money doing it but it was taking me a lot of time.

Each different WordPress Install took time, Building out each Site took time, and getting them to rank took time. But I didn’t mind because I was seeing the benefits of all this hard work but it was still work, and lots of it!

But Things Have Changed a Lot Since Then…

I’ve been learning from an marketer who has a different approach to this, and it allows him to make a lot more money in a far shorter timeframe.

How Does He Do It?

He doesn’t lease the business a website, but Only a Page on his site. So he doesn’t need to build site after site after site….Instead he has one main authority site in the niche and builds out Perfectly SEO’d Pages that Google Ranks almost instantly.

He does this by using his own WP Theme that he has developed from scratch. It has it’s own in-built Silo Structure and Internal Link that Google Loves.

That’s how it ranks so quickly and allows him to build out these Lead Gen Pages in 10 minutes. So 10 minutes work he has a new page ready and he leases this page to the Offline Business.

That’s it, nothing more than that. Keeping it simple and consistently building his Recurring Revenue Model.

Lead Generation Sells Itself

And there is one big reason why I’m a fan of leasing lead gen sites – it’s because they sell themselves.

Think of it this way, if you’re a business owner and someone comes to you and says would you like to rent this High Ranking Real Estate for your Business and you get forwarded all the Leads – would you be interested?

The answer is of course yes, because you are offering them a sure thing. You rank the page, they get the leads = more sales for their business.

They are not interested in hearing about how you installed WordPress in cPanel, how you’re configuring the perfect ranking strategy or any of that stuff. They just want more sales and if you can offer them that then you’re in business 🙂
